Abstract：Anhui Green Mine Construction Specification follows the basic requirements of industrial specifications and adopts the new classification of mining methods and combined mineral types according to the actual development of mining industry in Anhui Province. It is divided into Green Mine Construction Specifications of Open-pit Metal Mine (DB 34/T 3249-2018), Green Mine Construction Specifications Of Open-pit Non-metal Mine (DB 34/T 3248-2018), Green mine Construction Specification of Underground Coal Mine (DB 34/T 3247-2018), and Green Mine Construction Specification of Underground Metal Mine (under preparation).The new specification is concise and clear, highlighting multiple sections such as mining, beneficiation and ecological restoration. Its key technical indicators are more accurate, of which 3 specifications are set up and issued, 14 quantitative indicators and 90 qualitative indicators are added, with the 14 quantitative indicators are stricter than the industry specifications. Over the past two years since its promulgation and implementation, it has led the construction of green mines in Anhui Province and brought remarkable economic, social and ecological benefits, providing technical criteria for relevant management measures and specifications.
