Abstract: On the basis of regional hydrogeological and pollution source investigation, this work analyzed the organic pollution of groundwater in this area. Results show that the characteristics of organic contamination in groundwater in this area are high in pollution species and detection rate, with low concentrations and standard exceeding rate. There are 18 organic contaminants in groundwater can be detected, with the sixteen compounds not exceedingⅢ-water limit according to Quality Standard for Groundwater(GB/T14848-2007).Detection rates of phreatic water almost equal to confined water, but the pollutant species of phreatic water are more than those of confined water. Detection rate of groundwater organic pollutants of different areas are according the order of Ding-Jing-Heng oil-gas field area> Shen-Fu mining area>Yuyang area. Detection rate of the groundwater organic pollutants of different topographic types are according the order of loess area (17.65%)>river valley area (14.93%)>plains(11.31%)> desert pool area(8.60%).
