Abstract: Taking a pesticide contaminated site in North China as the research object and combining the methods of geostatistical analysis and GIS spatial analysis on soil pesticides, this paper studied the pollution levels, the correlations between pollutions and their spatial distribution characteristics .The results showed that soil contaminant component P in the study area showed a strong spatial correlation and was affected by structural factors, such as parent material, soil texture; parathion, phorate, cypermethrin, which showed a moderate spatial correlation. The artificial factor contribution is relatively big; pesticide pollution in the study area is serious, and the pollution levels and diffusion patterns are related to the distance from the pollution source and water flow pattern.
Key words: pollution site; pesticide; statistical analysis; GIS spatial analysis
