Abstract: The chemical compositions of rock, ore and pyrite are of great significance in determining the mineralization difference between the Dayingezhuang and the Xiadian gold deposits. The contents of SiO2 and Fe2O3 involved in the metallization process in the Xiadian gold deposit are higher than in the Dayingezhuang gold deposit indicated that pyritization, silicification and gold mineralization processes were better developed in the Xiadian deposit. The contents of Cu, Pb, Zn, CaO and MgO in the Dayingezhuang gold deposit are relatively low indicated that the gold mineralization intensity in this deposit is low and the trapped amounts of ore-forming elements during the gold mineralization are small. The smaller variation of concentration of SiO2、Fe2O3 from walk rock to ore body and trace element concentration of different mineralization stage of pyrite shows that the Dayingezhuang gold deposit owns stable mineralization, and is larger in size compared with the Xiadian gold deposit. The general character of the quantity of chemical composition migration shows that the Xiadian gold deposit owns a more intense auriferous mineralization but smaller geological resources comparing with the Dayingezhuang gold deposit.
