Abstract: The main available components of the Shangri-La Copper-molybdenum polymetallic ores are molybdenum and copper, which are associated with tungsten and other components. In order to select reasonable and efficient methods in the utilization of metallurgy, process mineralogy the study of mineral existence form and occurrence State was carried out for the available components and associated components in the ore, and the associated minerals of the beneficial compositions were studied in detail, especially molybdenum, The existing forms of copper-metal minerals and their influence on the utilization of mineral dressing are analyzed, which provides the basis for the efficient and reasonable utilization of the type of ores. Using the "flotation-magnetic-gravity separation" joint process, we obtained molybdenum concentrate grade of 52.34% while its recovery rate of 71.32%; copper concentrate grade of 22.68% while its recovery rate of 71.91%; tungsten concentrate grade of 36.13% while its recovery rate of 57.27%. The comprehensive recovery of useful elements such as molybdenum, copper and tungsten in the mine has been realized, which verified the correctness of the process mineralogy.
