Abstract: Large-scale soil sampling was carried out by GPS positioning technology in basic tobacco fields of wenshan Area, and descriptive analysis characteristics and spatial variation characteristics were studied. Spatial distribution maps for soil nutrient were made with ordinary Kriging interpolation method. Results show thatwith increasing altitude, value of pH significantly decrease, but the organic matter and alkaline hydrolysis nitrogen content show a significant increasing trend. While the available potassium content shows a downward trend after the first increase. The organic matter and alkaline hydrolysis nitrogen content showed an increasing trend from north to south and from east to west, the available potassium content showed an increasing trend from central to the north and south. The value of pH and the available phosphorus have no obvious spatial variation characteristics.
